He's a Star ! Birthday Shaker Card for my Superstar Son xx

We had a birthday in the house yesterday.    My boy Tom turned 29 !

He won't accept shop bought cars from his mum - so I hit the craft room.

To me he is a superstar, so this card is kind of fitting.  The star die is retired but you could make this style of card using any of our many framelits dies.

I used my Minc to foil the personalised birthday sentiment on the front of the card.  I love the white foiling on Tempting Turquoise card stock.  It really "pops".

I do like shaker cards, and think I shall be experimenting with some more designs.

He was happy with it - so that makes me happy too !

Thanks for stopping by today.

Back with another project at the weekend.

  1. I know the feeling about shop bought cards. Everyone in my family looks to see what I've done next. A great card x

    1. Hi Linda. I tried sending you an email but it wouldn't work. This card is just awesome, like you!! I so love it. It's perfect.

What company made the star die, if you don't mind sharing that info. I would love to make a card like this for my grandson.

      Thank You, Laura
