Serene Garden in Flirty Flamingo with a touch of Wink of Stella

It was a surprise and a relief to find out that Stampin' Up! had chosen to retain/return Flirty Flamingo, adding it to their Brights colour family.  I honestly thought it would be gone once the old catalogue retired, and it just happens to be one of my favourite Stampin' Up! colours, so I was one happy bunny.

I chose to showcase the fantastic new stylised Serene Garden stamp set using Flirty Flamingo and some black shiny heat embossing.

I just love the stunning colour combination.   I highlighted the stems and the buds of my flowers with a little helping of clear Wink of Stella to give a subtle sparkly sheen.

The lovely sentiment is from another new stamp set - Detailed with Love.

Serene Garden is already one of my favourite picks from the new Annual Catalogue.  I think it is going to prove to be very versatile for both card making and 3D projects.

You can purchase any of the items I have used by clicking on the table below, which will take you directly to my online shop.

Thanks for looking - and please pop back !

  1. Linda I love how this stamp set looks in black embossed but also in just a solid line ink which I have seen from another demonstrator. It will as you say look amazing in tone-on-tone stamping on 3D projects too. Lots to look forward to then. xx
