Hello and thank you for stopping by today.
Today's project is this super cute little Chocolate Box Clutch Bag.
Designed to hold a very generous amount of your favourite chocolates, I thought this design would be a very sophisticated way in which to gift a choccie treat or two (........or more as you will see in the accompanying video tutorial !).
I clear embossed some beautiful butterflies from the stamp set Papillon Potpourri down the centre of the cardstock.
I used a variety of punches including the new Curvy Corner Tio Punch for the box and added a pretty embellishment from my crafty stash.
I used my Flower Shop stamp set and Pansy Punch for the pretty flower detail. This link to a tutorial by France Martin gives clear and concise instructions on how to prepare the stamp set ready for use with the co-ordinating punch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxVfySyiYWM
Magnets have been used to create a "snap-shut" closure. Here is a link which gives details of the magnets I use;
Instructions for creating the box can be found here on my You Tube tutorial.
I hope you like this project and why not have a go at making one yourself ?
