Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Spring/Summer Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!
This cute little Tea Bag Box is my project to today.
With so many fantastic new products available in the new catalogue, it was ever so difficult to pick just one for this Blog Hop.
I absolutely love the cute new Cups and Kettles Framelits (it was the little cutlery set that caught my eye). But honestly, the little teapot is just completely delightful. These Framelits and the gorgeous A Nice Cuppa photopolymer stamp set are available as a "Bundle" which will save you 15%.
The Box is very simple to make up and uses a piece of 11 x 5 1/2 cardstock. A video tutorial for this will be posted on a separate blog post in a couple of days, so please do pop back and visit me then.
I adhered the lid of the teapot to the lid of the box, so that when the box opens, the lid detaches from the teapot !!!. And I just had to add one of the fabulous new enamel dot embellishments from the Its My Party set of Enamel Dots as a teapot knob to add texture. I adore the cute sentiment from the set A Nice Cuppa which is perfect for a Tea Bag Box gift, and of course the cute little silver teaspoon !!
The DSP (Designer Series Paper) "Have a Cuppa" was crying out to be used for this type of project and I love the colours in the design, which incoporate two of my personal favourites - Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay. This cardstock is available as part of the "Have a Cuppa Cardstock Pack" which features 24 sheets of A4 cardstock with 8 sheets each of Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and the gorgeous Wisteria Wonder.
Well, I really do hope this project helps to "stir up" your interest in the new Spring/Summer 2016 Catalogue, and that you continue being inspired by clicking the button below for details of the next Pinkie Blog Hop project.
