I have been thinking a lot about Gift Card Holders just recently, as Christmas is looming and actually I find that as my immediate family grows older, the requests for Gift Cards for both Christmas and Birthdays are much more frequent than they used to be. I guess its great to receive a gift card for a certain store and choose exactly how to spend the money, to ensure you end up with something you really do want !!
So, with that in mind, I have come up with this "girly" Gift Card Holder in the shape of a handbag.
I am so pleased with how it turned out. Those Layering Oval Framelits are so versatile. They make great layers for sentiments - but hey.......... what perfect handles for handbags too !!! I used them both for the inside of my Gift Card Holder and on the outside.
Co-ordinating the inks, papers and cardstock always looks so very classy and I often use my Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack of 12 x 12 papers as my "Go To" paper stash.
I thought I would share here with you how to create one for yourself. It fits a 5 1/2 inch square envelope beautifully, so ideal for sending through the post:-
Hope this tempts you to have a go yourselves.
Thank you so much for stopping by again - I hope you have a lovely day whatever you do.
Bye for now !
