Essentially it is an easel card with a little panel that drops off the edge of a shelf/ledge.
It might look complicated, but honestly it really isn't. I used an array of dies to make it interesting:-

The trailing ivy is the only non-Stampin' Up! product I used. Its a very pretty Sue Wilson die and perfect for my flower themed card.
So keeping this post short and sweet and cutting to the chase - here is my You Tube video tutorial giving a step by step guide to creating this unusual card. I stated in the video that the card fits a 5 x 5 inch envelope, but that is not correct. The card fits a 5.5 inch square envelope.
