Its a cute carton style gift box which has a really neat closure at the top of the sparkly roof !
This little box is perfect for multitude of different Christmas gifts - it's a good size and could hold small votives, chocolates, cosmetics, scented candles, etc.
I love how it turned out - and I love the "Ho Ho Ho" stamp from the Labels To Love stamp set which co-ordinates with the Everyday Label Punch. I layered the punched sentiment on die cut piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I have found the the Lots of Labels Framelits Dies mirror the shape of the Everyday Labels punch perfectly, to create a really attractive topper.
I used my Ticket Tear Border Punch on some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for the roof.
I love this little box and I hope you do too.
Here is a video tutorial for those of you who feel inspired to dive in and have a go at making one.
Just imagine these pretty little boxes under the Christmas Tree or on your Mantlepiece. They are pretty enough to be used as a simple but stylish Christmas Decorations.
Well that's Project No 2 one and dusted - so its back to the craft room to perfect Project No 3.
Bye for now,
Linda xx

DeleteOk, thanks Linda. Yours just looked bigger in the video!
DeleteThis house looks so damn cute. I love DIYs and I always make something when there is an event coming up. I will definitely try this in a different color combination perhaps.
