Today's project is this very sweet, weeny tuck and fold box (origami box) which I sized to hold a little tin of Nivea Lip Butter.
The box is cleverly constructed by scoring and folding and holds together securely by simply slipping one edge through a folded opening.
This style of box is similar to a project that I presented to one of my classes in Wickham back in June, and was very popular with the ladies who attended, but this version is much smaller in size.
These boxes would make fabulous pillow gifts for convention, or for bridal showers, little stocking fillers, ooh..... just lots of occasions when you feel like treating someone with just a little something, and we all like to feel pampered don't we.
And the great thing about these boxes is you can quickly make up a batch and store them away flat until you need them.
So here is a step by step video tutorial showing you how you can make one:-
Hope you enjoyed it and thanks for stopping by today. Please pop back again tomorrow for another little project from me.
