I have been very naughty and have lost the measurements for this reinforced box which I created a little while ago.
But I really wanted to showcase just how pretty the paper is, as shown here, in Soft Sky foiling.
I thought the dotty design resembled snow. I made the base of the box in Soft Sky Card Stock.
The topper is made in layers, the bottom one being the foiled card flipped over, so you just see the plain Kraft Card.
I used my Stitched Shapes Dies for the topper and also my Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies for the pine branches which were given the Dazzling Diamonds treatment to make them sparkle. For the pines, I covered some scrap Soft Sky card stock in clear Versamark and Heat & Stick Powder which I set with my Heat Tool. Then I applied some Dazzling Diamonds Stampin Glitter and used my Heat Tool again to set it. It was then a case of die cutting the pines from that.
I love how the branches sparkle.
I finished the box by adding some cute silver Mini Ornaments.
I love this box so much, I am not sure I can bear to gift it away !!
I hope you like today's project and will pop back again for another visit.
Ciao for now,
Linda xx
