Fresh Florals Tent Card in Fresh Fig

I've said it so many times - Stampin' Up!s colour families with all their co-ordinating decorative papers, inks and card stock make it so easy to whip up a really professional looking card in minutes with minimum fuss.

This Tent Card demonstrates this perfectly I think.

I used Fresh Fig card stock as the base for my card, added a layer of Fresh Florals DSP in Fresh Fig.

The topper was stamped with a sentiment from the lovely Hello Friend stamp set and is the focal point.  I really went for it, using not one, not two, not three, but four oval layers in alternate Whisper White and Fresh Fig !  The delicate little sheer bow adds a little extra texture.

As the card stock base is dark, I added a Whisper White layer to the inside of the card on which to write to right a message to the recipient.

I love the simplicity of this card.  It was quick and simple and fuss free, which suits me down to the ground.
