Flirty Flowers in Island Indigo on Soft Sky

I love to use my Blender Pens to add colour and depth to my projects.

They are easy to use and one pen can be used time and time again  to apply an assortment of colours.

I decided to use my Flirty Flowers stamp set for my card today, choosing to stamp and heat emboss them with white embossing powder onto a piece of Soft Sky card stock.

I coloured in my flowers using Island Indigo ink, which has a tendency to be quite dark and strong in colour.  But by just applying a little to the tip of my pen, I was able to push the colour and stretch it so that my flowers had subtle changes of hue, from quite dark to semi-light, all in the same tone.

I do love how the Island Indigo compliments the Soft Sky.  I layered my card and applied it to one of my Whisper White Note Card bases.

It's quite a pretty looking little card.  I do hope you like it.

Thanks for dropping by today, and I hope you will pop back again.

Happy Monday everyone.

Ciao for now,

Linda xx
