I love how the same design looks so cool in different colour combinations. I stuck to bright ..... because I just love crisp and bright ! I also love the technique of stacked shadow layering, using the same colour card stock as the ink to act as a shadow for the die cut word/sentiment.
The cards have a modern and contemporary vibe.
I love them. Hope you do too. If you haven't tried the technique ...... then give it a go. You will be hooked !

ReplyDeleteThank you Linda, I haven't seen this shadowing effect on large lettering before (at least I don't think I have) but it is such a cool technique. I definitely will be using it in the future when I am using my large letters on my projects. I will try out a similar design to yours with different ink colours as this is a quick way of producing a set of cards. I am always in need of cards to send to my crafty friends. :O)
