I dry embossed my images onto Whisper White card stock. I used regular Whisper White card as opposed to thick Whisper White, as it is easier to obtain a crisp dry embossed image. A blending tool was used to blend some Bermuda Bay ink in varying tones all over. You will find the raised embossed areas absorb the colour more readily, defining the dry embossed images in darker tones.
I also die cut three of the flowers and glued them together in layers to give a nice deep dimension. I sponged the flower, again, in Bermuda Bay and clear heat embossed it several times to obtain a really good smooth shine. This was adhered to the edge of my layer and trimmed. The clear embossed sentiment is from the Floral Phrases stamp set.
My pretty layer was adhered to a note card base.
I love how this one turned out. Hope you like it too.
Thanks for looking.
Bye for now.
