This card shows how I have successfully debossed the pretty image. First I die cut the large intricate die from the Springtime Impressions Thinlits Dies, using the usual cutting sandwich. I then removed the Intricate Die Adapter plate, placed the intricate die cut back down onto the cutting plate and covered it with a pre-cut layer of card stock. Then I laid the thick grey silicon embossing mat and the white embossing plate on top of both and simply ran them through my Big Shot.
You end up with a debossed image on one side of the card stock and an embossed one on the other. It's simple but the result is really impressive.
I have made a video tutorial explaining the whole process, and how to achieve a sharper and deeper image too.
Hope you find it helpful.
Thanks for looking and I do hope you will pop back again.
Bye for now.
