It is a no glue box, so.... it folds together in such a way that requires no adhesive, ribbon or belly band to remain securely closed. I released a video tutorial last year for a weeny one.
However, this year I decided to step it up and re-size the design, BUT this time with the addition of a piece of clear window sheet for the front section, to display the gorgeous chocolate treats inside !
I have to say that I love this box and it demonstrated to me just how useful it is to have a selection of different size circular punches in your crafty stash.
My design requires two different sizes of circle punches in order for the project to come together seemlessly and successfully.
Believe me, I tried making the original prototype using just one size circle punch and it didn't give a good finish. Using a larger punch for the inner window is the secret of achieving a nice professional, seemless finish. That extra 1/4 inch difference in size for the inner window really does matter and makes all the difference.
Hope you like it and have time to watch my step by step video tutorial :-
