Stamped and Heat Embossed Pretty Papers - Tropical Escape

Want a card but in a hurry ?

Grab yourself a piece of pretty DSP (designer series paper), a stamp or two, and some embossing powder and hey presto !!

I recently received my Tropical Chic stamp set and whilst ordering that, I decided to invest in the pretty Tropical Escape pack of 6 x 6 DSP.

I am not sure I have worked with Blushing Bride for a little while, so I chose one of the designs in this colour from the pack, cut it down to fit a Stampin' Up! note card (5 x 3.5 inches).  As I am a big fan of tone on tone cards, I stamped on some of the flowers and leaves from the Tropical Chic stamp set in Blushing Bride ink.  I stamped the sentiment (which is from the Friendly Expressions stamp set) in versamark before heat embossing with some White Stampin' Emboss powder.

This was quick and easy - an I love the result.

Hope you like it too.   Thanks for taking a look and I hope you will return to see my next project.

Bye for now.
