It showcases the beautiful Butterfly Gala Bundle perfectly.
I sized my card to fit the envelopes supplied with the packs of Note Cards & Envelopes which I always keep handy. My Highland Heather card base is 10 x 3.5 inches scored at 5, and then I have created four layers alternating in Whisper White and Highland Heather. The two Highland Heather layers were die cut using my new fabulous Stitched Rectangle Framelits Dies.
I punched out four plain vellum butterflies and adhered them to the centre of the smallest rectangle. Then I heat embossed the pretty butterfly using White Stampin' Emboss powder, before punching that out too. I pinched up all the butterfly layers, including the embossed one, so that my butterfly looks like it is fluttering on my card. I heat embossed the sentiment too before adding a few pearl embellishments as a finishing touch.
I love how it turned out. That Butterfly Gala Bundle is, as I predicted when I sent out my catalogues, the best seller among my customers so far. It's great value at £33.25 for both the stamp set and the Duet Butterfly Punch.
Well I do hope you like my card and thank you for stopping by to look. Please pop back again.
Happy crafting and bye for now.
