Clean & Simple Card - Beautiful Bouquet & the New Bitty Blooms Punch Pack

The clean and simple style of making cards is one that I return to time and time again.

When I received the new and really useful Bitty Blooms Punch Pack, I knew exactly what I had in mind in terms of just a simple and pretty (and super quick) little card.

Along with my new Punch Pack I have also ordered the Stitched Rectangles Framelits Dies which I just know are going to become one of my "go to" packs of dies.

I used a Whisper White Note Card as my base and die cut a Stitched Rectangle, also in Whisper White.

I used just one of my Bitty Blooms Punches and punched out  three little flowers which I placed onto a foam mat and rolled the broadest end of my Simply Scored Stylus around each petal several times, until each petal curled inwards just slightly.  By the time I had finished all three they actually had kind of a shiny look from all the gentle rubbing, which I really like.

I popped some Glitter Enamel dots in the centre of each flower.  I used my Beautiful Bouquet stamp set to stamp three little stems and the sentiment in Granny Apple Green ink onto my stitched rectangle and adhered each flower head with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional.

Then I adhered the completed rectangle to another rectangle layer of Granny Apple Green card stock before popping onto my Note Card base.

It was all very simple but, I think, very effective.

I am so pleased that Stampin' Up! have reintroduced an assortment of mini flower punches, because they are brilliant for creating both focal points and embellishments to your crafty creations.  I love mine !

Well I hope you like today's sweet and simple little offering.  I am off to take down my Christmas Decorations and have a good old tidy up after all the shenanigans of the festive period.

Have a great weekend.
