Whilst yesterday didn't go entirely plan, I managed to edit my video tutorial for this pretty Pop-Open Chapstick Holder which was the swap that I took along to Michelle Last's team training day. What a super day it was too.
Swapping is fun and it's great to have the opportunity to share inspirational idea's and gifts with each other. I was chuffed to bits with the swaps that I received back. They were all so different and I thought that I would share those with you. Happy to say that two of them contained chocolate !!
Swap 1 by Julie Addison - https://mylunacrafts.com/
Swap 3 by Millie Williams
Swap 4 by Jan Jones (this gorgeous swap contained bath bombs !! Lucky me! )
Swap 5 - Swap by Sylvia Lawrence - comecraftwithme.online
Last but not least - I was completely blown away by this swap by Sylvia. Just look at the beautiful bead work made with Designer Series Paper. Just amazing !
So after sharing that super assortment of creative inspiration, I can finally share my video tutorial which will take you step by step through the process involved in creating my Chapstick Holder:-
You may be thinking after studying the photo that this project will be complex, but I can assure it really isn't. I do hope you enjoy it and maybe feel inspired to have a go.
Let me know if you do - I would really love to see your photos.
Well that's it from me for today - I am off to play with paper butterflies.
Happy crafting and by for now.

ReplyDeleteThank you Lynn. I am so pleased with how it turned out xx

ReplyDeleteThank you Caz - it is a fab girlie gift.
DeleteThanks for the inspiration. I was given some MTF nugget pouches but didn't have the corresponding dies to use them - so for almost a year they have sat unused. Your tutorial was exactly what I needed to work out how to use them..... and so much nicer than those created with the dies as you don't need to open the back of your gift to retrieve the treats. I plan on stamping a sentiment on the cardstock behind the pouches that will be revealed when the treats are removed. Please keep inspiring me with lovely gift giving ideas
