Mini Wine Bottle Gift Box - Video Tutorial

I was asked about a tutorial for an old project of mine, which was a mini wine bottle sleeve.  That was a project for which I used the retiring Gift Bag Punch Board.

Well it got me thinking about coming up with something new which didn't involve any type of punchboard.   A trawl around Pinterest inspired me (as it always does).   I saw a box like the one in my photo below.  I couldn't see any instructions, so set about creating one for myself.

The closure around the top has been created by me using the 1/2 inch Circle Punch.  By golly, I have always found that little punch to be super useful, but for this project it was worth its weight in gold.  I absolutely love how my box turned out.

I have decorated this box using some pretty papers from the Bird Ballad 12x12 inch DSP pack of papers which will be available to order from 4th June.

I do hope you like it.   I have made a step by step video tutorial which can be found on my popular YouTube channel, along with all my other video tutorials.   If you haven't already subscribed, then I would love you to do so.

That's it from me for today.   Thank you for visiting.....and I hope you will make a return visit.

Bye for now.   Happy weekend everybody, and .............................."Happy Stampin!".

  4. Hi Linda, this is a brilliant design and a very pretty gift. I took notes from your demo on You Tube and made one last night. I had a different brand of wine, but as you said most of the mini bottles fit. Your project looks stunning, but is deceptively easy to make. Thanks for sharing this Linda. K xx
