Quick & Easy Flower Embellishments - Video Tutorial

Hi everyone and apologies for going AWOL - I just needed some time out.

Today I have some super quick and easy flower embellishments to share with you.   These could be made in many sizes, but mine was governed by the size of my staples.   The size of the basic template for making my flower embellishments as per the photo above is approximate 4-1/4 inches long x 1-5/8 inches at its widest point in the centre.  If you have a small stapler you could easily make them smaller.

Basic recipe:-
  • Petal Template
  • Pretty DSP (Designer Series Paper)
  • Glue Gun
  • Stapler
Here is my latest video tutorial which will take you step by step through the process of making these fabulous flowers.  So grab yourself a cuppa and sit back, and be prepared to be amazed at just how simple they are:-

Hope you like today's project and feel inspired to have a go.

I used Woven Threads 12 x 12 DSP (Designer Series Paper) in pretty Seaside Spray (one of the fabulous new In Colours) for this video.  See the Product List below.

Thanks for looking and please do pop back.

Have a lovely day and its "Happy Friday" everyone !!  Yay - bring on the weekend.

Linda xx

  1. That's so cool! I'm thinking I must have a leaf of that type on one of my Cricut cartridges to make it easier. Can't wait to try. Thanks for sharing!
