Anyway I watched two of her videos, one where she created some laminated wallets and used some Kams Studs for the fastening, and another where she demonstrated how easy it is to create envelopes in differing sizes without using an Envelope Punch Board.
I came up with this idea for these durable/recyclable Gift Card Holders. I think they are just dead cute ...... and really useful! I give a lot of Gift Cards for birthdays and Christmas. I can picture these in all sorts of themes - masculine ones, Christmas ones, Valentines, Easter, weddings, etc., perfect for just about any occasion.
I have made a step by step video tutorial which I hope you will enjoy and perhaps it will inspire you to have a go:-
Of course you could use the Envelope Punch Board to punch out a Gift Card sized envelope and then laminate it, but I wanted to demonstrate making Gift Card Envelopes using an alternative method in this video.
Thank you for stopping by and I do hope that you will pop back for a return visit.
Have a super day and ......................."Happy Stampin!"

DeleteI love these little gift card holders. What a great gift in of itself! What a great craft fair item. I don't know how much you could charge for them, but, they'd sell great here! Thank you so much for explaining everything about making these cute gifts. Anyone would love to receive one, I know I would!
