More from the Tonic Garden Party Suite - Today I have used Summer Flowers

Today I have another project using stamps from Tonic's new Garden Party Suite of stamps.  I love flowers and I wanted a really clean and simple card, which I think I achieved using the pretty Summer Flowers Photopolymer stamp set.  There are 17 stamps in this set.

I stamped and heat embossed the floral motif using Wow Opaque Bright White embossing powder and then simply coloured in the flowers using my new Nuvo Alcohol Markers.   I did not do any blending with them, and just applied them direct to the stamped image in an array of pretty colours.  I defined the white outline of the flowers using my Feather Grey Nuvo Alcohol Marker to create a very pale grey shadow.

I used my Spellbinders Curved Borders Dies to die cut the white card panel, before applying it my base card which is a gorgeous pearly pastel green.  This pearly card is from an assorted pack of coloured card from Crafter's Companion (see photo link below).   I also die cut a separate curved border using my Spellbinders Curved Borders Two dies (see photo link below) and adhered this over the curved white card panel.

I finished with a little smattering of sequins to add a touch of sparkle.

I rather like it and I hope you do too.

That's it from me for today.  I hope to be back with a box project and video tomorrow - so watch this space.

I do offer affiliated links below to the products I have used, and by clicking on the promotional photos below, you will be taken to the online stores for full details of the products. If you order using my links then I will earn a small commission, for which I thank you.

Bye for now and happy crafting everybody.
