Yesterday was an Altenew day for me.
I do love the brand and its gorgeous floral stamps and matching dies, so I dug out a little selection and set to work.
I used the Garden Treasure stamp set and coordinating dies for this card.
I prepped my background panel by blending a selection of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks with my blending brushes (mine are make-up blending brushes which I purchased from Amazon and which do the job perfectly at a great price).
Whilst that dried I used the Garden Treasure set of stamps and dies by Altenew, again using my Tim Holtz Distress Inks and some Gold Heat Embossing.
I die cut the sentiment using the really useful Altenew Fine Alphabet dies. I love these dies because they are not so big that they overwhelm the card, but equally they are not too small. In the words of Goldilocks - "they are just right"!
I love how the card evolved. It was a pleasant why to spend some down time.
Hope you like it too and thanks for looking.
I have placed affiliate links below which if you use them to purchase any of the products, I will gratefully receive a small percentage, but at no extra cost to you.
That's it from me for today.
Bye for now and ................."Happy Crafting Everybody"!
