Perpetual Style Advent Calendar For Little Treats

I have been ever so busy designing for the Craft Stash Design Team and an upcoming Hochanda programme, that I have had very little time to craft for myself !  Not that I am complaining.  I am having a great time working with some great brands and products.

But I felt it was time to slip in a crafty little Advent project in good time for Christmas to hopefully please the Christmas crafters.

So I felt that an Advent Calendar would be a nice project.   This one is a Perpetual Style Calendar, purely for December.   The numbered cubes are a great size and I have sized them to hold larger treats.   Each of the cubes in my photo are holding a mini bag of Haribo treats.

I had great fun designing and making the one in the photo.  Its quite blingy and ornate, but it could be made in more traditional Christmas colours and themed for little members of the family.  For adults you could pop some costume jewellery, make-up items, etc into each cube.  Each cube measures 2" inches square.

The products I used to make my Advent Calendar are all byTonic Studios.  I used their Temperance Upper Case Simple Type Dies, Temperance  Lower Case Simple Type Dies, Temperance Numerals Simple Type Dies and also their gorgeous Festive Miniatures Snowflakes Trio Die Set.  The fabulous Black and Gold Foiled Craft Card is also from Tonic Studios.  I will provide affiliate links for both the UK market and the USA in the photos in my Product List below.  However, I have discovered since filming my video that the dies are not available from the Tonic USA website.  The good news is that they are available from Craft Stash, if you are ordering from USA mainland, Canada, Australia or Europe.

Well I do hope you like the look of my cute Advent Calendar.  If you fancy having a go yourself, just click the link below for my step by step video tutorial.  But perhaps make yourself a cuppa first, because it is fairly lengthy.

Thank you for stopping by and please pop back soon, as I hope to have some more projects for you to try in the not too distant future.

Bye for now and ..........................."Happy Crafting Everybody!"

Linda xx
