Happy Sunday and today I am sharing two projects that I have made using the Filigree Quartet Etched Dies which are part of the Picot Petite Collection designed by Becca Feeken of Amazing Paper Grace.
I love the versatility of this pretty set of dies. You can use the four delicate filigree dies separately or collectively to decorate your cards and 3D projects.
For my card I decided to use two of the filigree dies and two of the plain using coral coloured card stock offset over gold foil card on a white card base.
I foiled the sentiment on the tag using the Everyday Sentiments II Glimmer Hot Foil Plate.
Three pretty little mulberry roses adorn the tag topper and I also used a swirly die from the Shapeabilities Candlewick Rosebud Etched Dies.
I made a really cute clear treat box (perfect for Christmas sweetie treaties).
I will have a video demonstration on how to make this just as soon as I receive my order for thick clear acetate. Can you believe I used my very last piece for the one in the picture! I was pretty pooped about this, because I really wanted to publish a video to coincide with today's blog post. So do watch this space if you would be interested in making some.
I think the filigree dies look great decorating the sides of my treat box.
I would love to know what you think.
That's it for today. Thank you for taking the time to have a look, and please do pop back.
Bye for now and .................................... "happy crafting everybody!".
Linda
